The consent manager stores the choice you make. This category is always on because the privacy controls cannot work without it.

Analytics

Booked Call Ops may run GA4, PostHog Cloud EU, and web-vitals to measure site performance and navigation. Events use lower-snake-case names and limited context such as page type, article slug, reading progress, UTM fields, and referrer domain. Email addresses, names, message text, form values, arbitrary query URLs, and raw usernames are excluded.

Session replay

Session replay is a separate preference and remains disabled by default. If you explicitly opt in, replay is sampled at 20% and retained for 30 days; text, inputs, images, and privacy forms are masked, and console logs and network payloads are not captured.

Marketing

Marketing trackers and advertising personalization are not enabled.
